Instead of just morning pages, or journaling around “the thing” we are going to get directly into the source of what it is we want to know

Whether it is about your creative practice, your business, or your personal life : this online weekend retreat will work to reveal to you your inner most desires.

Part dreaming and visioning part tactile goal setting, Ways of Knowing is designed to put you in touch with the work you are supposed to be doing, not just writing about it.

You've probably filled notebooks before.

You have journal entries from five years ago asking the same questions you're asking today.

Should I quit?

Should I make the thing?

Should I move?

Should I rest?

Should I keep going?

Writing isn't the problem. Sometimes the problem is that we're asking questions that can't actually move us forward.

This weekend is an invitation to ask better questions.

Not so you can become a different person, but so you can hear the one you've been all along.

Over two afternoons we'll move through a series of guided journaling exercises designed to help you notice patterns, uncover desires, untangle competing priorities, and make decisions with greater confidence.

There won't be lectures. There won't be breakout rooms where you're forced to introduce yourself. There won't be homework. Just thoughtful prompts, quiet writing time, optional sharing, and gentle facilitation.

By the end of the weekend you'll have:

You may not leave with every answer.

But you'll leave asking better questions—and you'll know where to begin.
