<aside> 🌸 Since 2013 I have been using the World Wide Web to share my ideas, art, and writing in newsletter format to thousands of readers. In 2017 I began doing this weekly and found that it transformed my writing, my connection to people, and my relationship to the world around me. I have created many different containers for my work that all integrate with my paths of research and exploration

<aside> ➡️
I have had podcasts, radio shows, advice columns, and more - a variety of containers to share my notes on listening, paying attention, and practice with the world
I find more CONSISTENCY, DISCIPLINE, DEVOTION, AND SATISFACTION when my art practice is deeply rooted in research and experimentation

You’ll be introduced to a gentle framework for planning that includes tools like Notion, sticky notes, paper maps, and visual rituals. It’s tactile, visual, and flexible—meant for those who need to see their time in order to believe in it.
We’ll spend time mapping your actual week—from the groceries to the grant deadlines—so that your art practice doesn’t get squeezed out by everything else. By the end, you’ll have a visual structure that holds space for the work you care about most.
